International School of Public and Cultural Diplomacy (ISP-CD) opened the doors for its second edition taking place in Bucharest between 21st and 25th of November 2016.

During the previous year’s edition, our participants discovered different angles of the public and cultural diplomacy according to the vision, policy and strategy of the countries involved in this project. This year, the focus was on the dominant characteristics of the public and cultural diplomacy, such as identity, terminology, source of approach, media environment, mechanisms of dissemination etc.

Thus, the event was a good opportunity to discover the activity of an embassy from inside and to take the pulse of a diplomat daily life in an interactive and dynamic way.

Institutions involved in the programme: European Public Space and Diplomatic Club.

Embassies involved in the programme: Belgium, Finland, Germany, Japan, Montenegro, Poland, the Netherlands, the United States of America.
